Popular music, throughout history, has been the source of great masterpieces in classical Music and contact between some cultures and others has left more than obvious traces. In the XVIII century, Antonio Solerwas already taking a step in this direction writing his celebrated Fandango inspired by the popular dance and creating the new school of Spanish key.

Another example would be the influence of Eastern music whose pentatonic scale is heard in the French Impressionist music and in turn in the Spanish music such as Albeniz. This program seeks out these combinations, so inspiring and necessary for creation as well as the coupling of live music and written music, whose only aim is to give it greater freedom of expression and better understanding and enjoyment for the listener.
